At Urban Luxury, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
